The Consultant working for you will have both the experience and competency required to act on your behalf to ensure you are compliant with the current CDM regulations. We have experience of new build, refurbishment, fit-out, retail, health, education, industrial and infrastructure.

We are members of the Association of Project Safety (APS), on the APS register (IMaPs) and professionally qualified safety practitioners (CMIOSH), backed up by a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme.
What we do as your CDM Principal Designer/CDM Advisor includes:
Advise and assist the client with their duties
Notify the HSE
Co-ordinate health and safety aspects of design work and co-operate with others involved with the project
Facilitate good communication between client, designers and contractors
Liaise with principal contractor regarding ongoing design
Identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information
Advise on the suitability of the principal contractors, construction phase plan
Prepare/update the health and safety file

Our clients are predominantly from the Education, Commercial, Financial and Construction Sectors.  We also have worked with Consultant Surveying/Architects Firms, the MOD, Local Authorities, Retail, Housing Associations and providing CDM/H&S support to Contractors.
