If you keep getting a missed call from 0300 555 0285 then its the TV License call centre. It's likely you are behind in any TV License repayment plan you have with them, such as a direct debit or TV Cash Payment plan.
Even if the amount is small you will keep getting called. To be fair, they do usually call once a day and it only rings out for around ten rings.
