This is purely my opinion on what to add to your shopping list to buy this weekend if you are popping into Maryhill Tesco's in based on their website prices this weekend. Items below for this weekend 7th January 2018

If you want to think ahead to Christmas 2018, then Tesco Maryhill have wrapping paper and Christmas Crackers at half price for you to store away.

 

Daim Bar Cake

Definitely worth trying if you have not before.  First tried this in Ikea store.  Reduced from £3 to £2.00

Daim Chocolate Cake.

Comfort 85 wash - liquid conditoner

Various scents of fabric conditioner, usually £6.00 reduced to £3.

Pilgrams Cheese slices.

Good to have on a sandwich or a burger.  Now at £1.00 down from £2.00

Frosted Shreddies 500g box half price at £1.30 a box.

Big box of frosted Shreddies cereal. Either have before you leave for work or take them to work if you are on early shift.

Sharwoods Various Sauces, 420g Jar 87p a jar.

If you like some spicey food, these jars of various sauces can cut out a lot of the ground work. Add some meat or indeed mushrooms to make a good meal.

Brothers - Coconut and Lime Cider

Not available online for Tesco but is on the shelfs.  Perhaps an unusual mix but actually does work.  Where as too many pear cider can be sickly, Brothers Coconut and Lime cider is very tastey and delicious.   When you open the bottle it smells of coconut, not overly powerful, but distinctive.   On drinking yes it tastes of coconut then comes the kick of lime.  On ice this is a fantastic drink and as said it's not sickly sweet.  Well worth trying a few bottles.
