Legendary singer Sir Tom Jones will sing at the Summer Nights at the Bandstand at Kelvingrove Park on Tuesday August the 9th.  Tickets will go on sale May 20th 2016 from Ticket Master  The concert follows other great acts in August at the Kelvingrove Bandstand such as Van Morrison, Primal Scream, The Water Boys, Eddie Reader to name but a few. The Kelvingrove Park  Bandstand has seen a revival in recent years after laying abandoned and derelict in the 90's. In the late 70's and some of the 80's there would be bands playing or radio stations using the venue and filling up the amphitheater.   The small intimate venue in the city's West End is a few minutes walk from Glasgow University.  So if you want to get up close and personal with the legendary singer then there's probably never been a better time or location.
