I have 8 months experience of using FSI Concept Evolution, FSI Go,Reach, Connect, Concept Reports,Crystal Reports, Workflow Lite. Prior Experience of using IBM CMMS Maximo v5.2. With over 11 years experience of working on an engineering helpdesk dealing with multi sites all over the UK , with reactive and planned maintenance.

Excellent knowledge of Electronics equipment such as X Rays, CCTV, Swipe Card Readers. Dealt with HVAC , Lifts, Travelator, Airbridge, FEGP, Building faults from plumbing, Civils etc. Control of Contractors experience, such as , Risk Assessment and Method Statements also public and employee liability insurance.

Excellent customer service skills, great communicator both orally and written.  Excellent I.T. Skills, MS Packages including some Sharepoint, basic AutoCad and Website skills such as SEO, Website creation with WordPress, Google Analytics.

Setting up PPMs for preview and release, daily, weekly , monthly, annually

FSI System Administration, password resets, accessibility for specific roles.

Report Writing Skills, such as Stock Reports. Email to asset managers of outstanding jobs for their asset. Stock reports. Tasks over their Target date.
