Increasing local accessibility to your MP was one of the main issues raised by rural constituents and that I pledged to address.
I am therefore delighted to be opening a dedicated second MP office in Strathaven next month.
Our team are also looking to pilot set weekly office time near Lesmahagow.
With thanks to Team Manager Linda McCorrison for her determination in making this a reality and in her prudence with office costs meaning that we can now have a more direct impact in the constituency in East Kilbride, Strathaven & Lesmahagow.
