Anyone ever won on Sean Fletchers ITV Rebound Quiz Show
Amazing Amy wins £11,672 on ITV's Rebound with Sean Fletcher.
There are times when you watch quiz shows and you think theres just no way someone can answer those questions, or the game is set up that it's nigh on impossible to win. Today's Rebound was a case where that was turned on its head, when contestant Amy trounced this quiz show with ease. Amy,'Beat the Bar'. Ok, this is my first time watching but I think if any other contestant on the show had got that far they would have been beat easily. The questions in the final round were above the usual general knowledge, more towards the get this contestant to pass and waste time. Such was Amy's knowledge though that she was answering before the questions had been finished being read out. She just seemed to good to be true.
Rebound is not a programme I'd set out to watch, it's got the feel of a BBC One programme, the type you get to fill the lottery show or the ones they put on after Doctors to fill time with some ex-newsreader or presenter thats got zilch to do when their main show ain't on. Rebound aint in the league of The Chase, Tipping Point or Pointless. Sean Fletcher from this show that I've seen does a decent enough job, he's personable and easy going. Seemingly I've just found out that ITV will be making a second series as it's commissioned the makers to do so.
Anyways congratulations on your fantastic win and I would suggest going on The Chase, or being a Chaser as your general knowledge seemed well above average.
You can catch Rebound on STV Player, ITV Player.
Update 25th October 2016, Second Series and I aint seen another winner. Perhaps I was out the day someone else won on Rebound 😉
26th October female contestant Pat won £9243 beating the bar. Truly has to be said the questions were a lot more general knowledge than normal. Such as who invented the phone, what is ocho in Spanish. Rather than the obscure questions that even The Beast or Anne Heggarty from The Chase would have trouble with.
4th November Science teacher Ross Beat the Bar and won £7436 with his last section questions on his home subject science.
11th November James win's £10,147 to go to Japan. Just seem's no consistency with question difficulty in this show.
